I am 28 and unemployed.?
In my view starting a new venture is wonderful. You can explore so many opportunities out there. A successful venture can give you the money no job can ever give. But when it comes to taking a loan, if I was in your place I wouldn't do it. Starting off a new venture with a loan can be a bit risky. And if the loan if against my parent's property then I would refrain from doing that. I wouldn't want to put my parent's hard earned money to jeopardy. And even if it's not against your parent's property starting off with a loan is not a good way to do it. I'm saying this because my grandfather has said it many times Never start out a business with a loan already on your head. It'll never allow you to have the freedom you need. You'll always feel tied up in it.
