Why is there a p-value of .004 with the unemployment rate causing?

The p-value comes from an F-test in the bivariate Granger causality regression. But the paper omits all the details about the lags and other parameters, so its not meaningful. Im not a fan of Granger causality in any event, and in this case it seems particularly unconvincing.
